Getting well

When sick, I always follow these rules.

1) Stay clean.
You tend to forget to shower, change clothes and brush your teath when you're sick - don't!
2) Eat!
You lose your appetite when you're sick, but you have to nurish your body to fight the infection.
3) Drink!
You usually take some kind of medication, which drains the body off fluids and along with your appetite, you don't feel thirsty the way you do when you're healthy.
4) Change linnens
Goes along the same lines as "stay clean"
5) Don't overuse pills/medicine.
The body is well equipped to handle the illness without any outside help.

I've kept myself busy for a few minutes, now it's back to the covers.
