Yup, it's official

I felt it this morning. The vast difference between yesterday and today.
In just a few hours my life changed. My back started hurting, my face looked different and I lost a little more of my hair.

Or at least that's what happened according to my friends. For me, it was the same ol' morning. Same early ride on my bike to work.
35 years of age. When am I supposed to reach this crisis and start being old?
