Fire hazards

Sometimes I get these ideas of doing something funny. But then the "these people might not think it's funny" bone kicks in.

This time, I wanted to do a bit on fire hazards. Why?
Well, I ride my bike to work every day when there's not snow or ice outside and since our office is in an apartment buildning, I lock it in the entrance.

The other day I was told that I couldn't do this anymore becuase IF there was a fire and IF everyone had to rush out it would be in the way.
I'm not going to bore you with details of how the complex looks or how my bike looks, but what I wanted to do was a clip where there's pandemonium and people falling over eachother running down the stairs and getting caught in the spokes and another entangled in a break wire and massive amounts of space on the other side away from the bike.
Why?

Because I think that these "IF there's a fire" precations are a bit over the top in my opinion. At least here.
Sure, you respect the danger a fire represents, but going out of your way is just a bit too much for me.
Well, now my bike is moved, so all is well and we'll survive.

I still think it would'be been a funny bit though.
